The Beye PTO welcomes your involvement, in whatever capacity you are able to. The many events and fundraisers throughout the year are all dependent on volunteers like you!
Being a Room Parent is a fun way to be involved in your childs classroom. The PTO created a guide to highlight the role. Be on the look out for the room parents volunteer request in your teacher’s weekly newsletter this fall.
Our biggest needs for volunteers for the 26-27 school year are:
- Shadowing the programs co-chairs with the goal of joining the team next year
- Building up our Working Groups- especially fundraising & communications
- Event leads for:
- End of Year picnic
- Parent Socials
- Dine Outs
- Appreciation Days (custodians, nurses, administration, principal)
- D97 Community Events (tentatively planning for Urban Air, roller skating & ice skating with Hatch & Whittier Elementary schools)
