Get Involved

The Beye PTO welcomes your involvement, in whatever capacity you are able to. The many events and fundraisers throughout the year are all dependent on volunteers like you! 

If you’re able to help plan events, see the openings and contact names listed below, emails are in the Beye school directory. 

Many events will have signups for day-of involvement or donations.

Our biggest needs for volunteers for the 26-27 school year are:

  • Shadowing the current PTO Treasurer (she’s on her third term and ready to hand the reins over!)
  • Event leads for:
    • End of Year picnic
    • Parent Socials
    • Dine Outs
    • Appreciation Days (custodians, nurses, administration, principal)
    • D97 Community Events
    • Yearbook coordinator?

All the events above fall into the 8 working groups outlined in the PTO ByLaws. All groups are in need of a chair, with the exception of Programs.
